Buses
In audio engineering, a bus (alternate spelling buss, plural busses) is a signal path which can be used to combine (sum) individual audio signal paths together. It is used typically to group several individual audio tracks which can be then manipulated, as a group, like another track. Please post any questions you have concerning how to use buses here.

Matrix
A Matrix mixer is used to route audio signals from multiple sources to different destinations or zones. When working with a Matrix mixer it allows you to create separate mixes from a combination of output signals or buses e.g. aux sends, L/R Main Mix, subgroups, etc. Please post any questions you have concerning matrix's here.

DCAs
DCA is an abbreviation for Digitally Controlled Amplifier. ... A digitally controlled amplifier will adjust the level of each channel individually, as opposed to summing all the channels into one signal channel and then adjusting the level of that channel. MIDI
The MIDI ports on the X32 only carry control data for interacting with your DAW. They will not transmit MIDI data from a keyboard or other MIDI controller to your DAW to write musical MIDI notes. Please ask any questions you may have concerning your midi device and the X32 here.
